Giving You the Best Experience
I appreciate all of my clients, and want to make sure everyone is safe and feel at home in my friendly Home Base Salon. That’s why I’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through my doors has an experience that leave them wanting to return time and time again. Safety is important so please remember to wear you mask. Please reschedule if you have cold or flu like symptoms. A snack bar will be provided so be sure to bring some change!
CANCELLATIONS
As we all know things happen! With that being said please be kind and respect my time. If something comes up let me know in advance. Your $25 will cover your cancellation fee if you fail to notify me.
RUNNING LATE?
Please Let Us Know
Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Amazing Nay and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are 15 minutes late, a $10 late fee is added. However if you are more than 15 mins late we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can make changes to your appointment.
